Sales Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Target and canvass potential clients to sell FTL services
- Develop Sales to existing Customers
- Participate in the research and development of new services / products / markets
- Price negotiations with agents
- Preparation and sending quotations
- Collection of information for statistical purposes and sales analysis
- Organise, plan and manage resources to achieve goals and objectives
- Management of Customer feedbacks and complaints
Profile
- Working experience in a similar position in the freight forwarding sector
- Good command of Sales and Negotiation techinques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate effective listening skills and uses written communication efficiently
- Ability to work in a Team
- Adapt and respond positively to change and handle pressure
- Demonstrate a culture of Customer service both internally and externally
- Holder of a valid driving licence
