Duties and Responsibilities

  • Target and canvass potential clients to sell FTL services
  • Develop Sales to existing Customers
  • Participate in the research and development of new services / products / markets
  • Price negotiations with agents
  • Preparation and sending quotations
  • Collection of information for statistical purposes and sales analysis
  • Organise, plan and manage resources to achieve goals and objectives
  • Management of Customer feedbacks and complaints

 

Profile

  • Working experience in a similar position in the freight forwarding sector
  • Good command of Sales and Negotiation techinques
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate effective listening skills and uses written communication efficiently
  • Ability to work in a Team
  • Adapt and respond positively to change and handle pressure
  • Demonstrate a culture of Customer service both internally and externally 
  • Holder of a valid driving licence
