Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Handling of import files.
  • Update ERP.
  • Handling of Console Follow up of documentations.
  • Updating Customers.
  • Follow-up with our local and international partners.
  • Processing and following insurance claims.
  • Invoicing of Files.
  • Coordination with Suppliers and Customers. 
  • Follow up of disputes with Customers /Suppliers

 

Profile

  • HSC Holder.
  • Professional experience of at least 1 year in maritime operations in freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of incoterms.
  • Basic knowledge of customs procedures, shipping and freight.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
  • Methodical, organised and respectful of deadline
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Fluent in English and French.
